OSTRANDER TRAINING STABLES A FULL SERVICE TRAINING FACILITY RANDY OSTRANDER IS AN AQHA PROFESSIONAL TRAINER. RANDY SPECIALIZES IN STARTING COLTS, PROBLEM SOLVING, OLDER HORSES AND IN REINING. OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO TRAIN EACH HORSE TO 100% OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL ABILITY. WE ACHIEVE THIS BY USING QUIET BASIC TECHNIQUES THAT HAVE BEEN PROVEN THROUGH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. THE TRAINING PROGRAM THAT WE USE IS DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE THE AVERAGE HORSE. THIS ALLOWS US THE FREEDOM TO ADVANCE EACH HORSE ACCORDING TO THEIR NATURAL TALENT. WE FOUND THAT THIS RESULTS IN A MORE QUIET WILLING HORSE. TO USE A HORSE'S ATHLETIC ABILITY IS JUT ONE OF RANDY'S STRENGTHS. I never seem to get to say to you how happy I really am with both of my ponies and what a spectacular job you have done with them and even me. I hope you realize how much you have changed the way I view horses. It has been such a blessing to have known you and to have been steered by you towards being a better, wiser, certainally a more knowledgable horseman.
